Marc and Co Building Solutions team of qualified and experienced consultants understand every building and construction project is unique and making the deciding to build or renovate an existing home is a big decision. Providing a full design and construction service that is transparent and seamless takes the stress out of your build allows us to deliver a quality project that exceeds your expectations.
Building a new home can be a stressful and complicated process so it’s important to understand everything that is involved. Our team have years of experience and industry knowledge and will be with you through every step of the three stage build process we’ve outlined below, simply click the heading to learn more.
Explore the different stages of build.
To ensure your project is delivered on time and within budget we’ll meet with you to get an understanding of your ideas and dreams for your custom home. Our team of experienced Builders and Designers will take your ideas and collaborate them in a way that fits within your budget to ensure your build is on track to achieving your expectations from the beginning.
Once concept plans have been approved, the team will begin the process of costing site works and footings to provide you an estimate and timeframe for works. This estimate will guide you during the stage where you choose materials and colours for your new home. We’ll proceed with finalising the working drawings including 3D versions of your build, working drawings of your cabinetry, electrical layouts and the finishes including floors coverings, paints, cabinets, splash backs, renders, roofs, windows and tiling.
Once final construction plans, site plans and finishes schedule are finalised and you’re happy with the costing that has been proposed, we’ll put together all your documents to form part of your fixed price building contract, so you can track how your project is fitting within your budget. These plans include working drawings, certified structural Engineers documents, HIA Contract and specifications that outline all of your custom selections.
Executing the design and planning stage properly is a necessity to ensure your build during construction is seamless and stress free as possible.
The construction phase is when your dreams become reality. We turn our focus to building At Marc and Co Building Solutions, quality is our top priority during the construction phase of any build and cut no corners in ensuring an outstanding level of workmanship is provided and all quality standards are met.
As well as keeping your regularly updated with progress of your build, our friendly onsite staff are happy to take time to answer any questions you may have if you choose to visit your site during construction, we just ask that site health and safety requirements are met.
We stand by our dedication to quality which is why we’ll perform a rigorous quality inspection before completing a similar walk through with you when we hand over the keys. Marc and Co Building Solutions will complete any remaining touch ups and we’ll also provide you with detailed instructions on how to care for your new home.
